I have been a Realtor© since 1968, specializing in all Southwest Iowa Real Estate. Licensed to sell anywhere in Iowa, I am experienced in existing residential as well as new construction, town & country, farms and acreages, and commercial businesses.  

I am proud to be a graduate of the Realtors Institute (GRI) and was Realtor of the Year in 1992.  Specialized in First Time Home Buyers, I really enjoy the step by step process involved in helping a firsttime buyer. I can now focus my attention as a full time Realtor© to provide buyers and sellers with the best service possible.
